Secondly, is there any way for 2 people in the same room to play poker at the same table online? We have 2 headsets and 2 controllers.

I know you can edit how sound comes though your headset. Hit the xbox guide button, then personal settings, then sound or microphone or audio (whatever’s there) and you should be able to edit your mic’s output.
No, you cannot play poker two players. Just sit back and think about that one for a second. The screen would be split in half. Player one can see player two’s cards, and vice versa. For the sake of gameplay and cheating, this cannot happen.
As far as the sound, go into options, and under sound you should be able to switch how you want the sound to go. Or you could do it the hard way and unplug your headset when you arn’t speaking.
