I want to know the appropriate legal disclaimer for a situation?

I want to start a website which will review online poker rooms which can accept US customers. I’d like to protect myself from potential legal action, if necessary.

Could someone please suggest decent “legalees” for my terms of use page to address this?
Um, web hosting costs $9 a month, but thanks for the completely not helpful response.

   If you can afford to set up a website with such problematical liability issues you can afford to pay a lawyer to help you.

   no one here can give you legal advice. that will have to come from an attorney that you have hired to represent you.

   that being said, my opinion is that if you want to say whatever you want, and you are not violating any gambling statutes by running a casino yourself, then the 1st Amendment will protect you.
