bostoncommonterry asked:

the last time i played at doyles room (microgaming poker really with many many names), the hands were all huge. I never see a string of weak hands win, ever.

here are 16 hands i played in or watched that last day i played there.

notce the end a full house beets another full house
shud that happen about every 16 hands?

online it does.

sometimes you get a run that way, and sometimes it goes the other way. When you play online, you see so many hands that it is bound to happen sooner or later.

if the online sites were to rig the games and it ever got out, they would lose their entire subscriber base in a heartbeat. It’s not worth it to them to rig the games.

That being said, i wouldn’t worry about it too much when playing for pennies.

Do you know how to ask any other question?
Do you work for the anti poker brigade?
    Are you a communist?
I have told you and many other people have NO they don’t need to cheat. If they rig the games they lose. They want you to play as long as possible,so they can collect more rake off of you. if you lose your stack quickly they will get a small piece but it is way more profitable to have everyone play for a long time.

Like i said before if you don’t trust online poker DON’T play. But please stop asking the same question over and over again. There are people who realize that poker is not rigged but a skill and numbers. You obviously can not seem to trust it or you are a lobbyist against poker.

Well this is a few hands so you can get an above average grouping of good winning hands especially at the micro limits which tend to be pretty loose. You’d need to post a lot more than this, thousands really, to get a statistically significant sample. The other thing is that the average winning hand tends to be higher than a lot of people think and that contributes a lot to feelings of something not being right. In spite of this all being bunk, if you feel that a certain site isn’t to your liking then it’s a good idea to try another room since even thinking this crap will disrupt your play not to mention interfere with your enjoyment.

yes they induce large pots to increase their rakes, however they do not determine who the losing player will be.
