i am asking if there is anyway to purchase a turnkey casino, poker room, sportsbook package as an american and then just make it so that only international players can play on it for now and i can still make money from the investment via some type of payment?
i know that the law prevents money from being transfered overseas online, but are actual checks illegal? does anyone from america know how to get around this or is it just not possible until there is new legislature that regulates online gambling in the us?
I’m talking ONLINE casinos… sorry for the misconception… ONLINE TURNKEY casinos…
TURNKEY for those who don’t know what that means is that an online company sells customized online casinos to customers and the customers pay for the software, website (prob around a few grand for a quality casino, pokerroom, sportsbook) and then you would have to market the crap out of it because you can get 30/35 percent to 50+ percent revenue from the money coming in from the gamblers going to your casino.
My question was if there are any ways AMERICANS can purchase these ONLINE TURNKEY CASINOS… does anyone know any ways around the legislation etc. There may be slim chances but I just wanted to ask the community.
Thanks, gdoggz85

with a casino…..and thats the short story.
Here’s a few you might check out :
I have a feeling that the current prohibition against banks and financial institutions being barred from doing internet casino buseinss with US citizens may go the way of Prohibition. There are just too many people who enjoy Poker, Blackjack and slots. You can check out Barney Frank’s attempts at changning tis mess at
Yes. Nevada.
First, you must get a gaming license. That requires fingerprints and a background check. If you can not pass and get a gaming license, you can buy a casino but can not open it.
Second, once you have a gaming license, you must apply for a casino permit. Some areas limit the numbers so if you can not get a casino permit, you can buy a casino but can not open it.
Third, assume you got your gaming license and casino permit, then you have to buy a casino. Since the 1950s, new casinos had to have at least 200 hotel rooms so they are pretty expensive. Your best bet would be to buy a small local bar with video poker machines. Usually 10 machines max.
If you have good food, sports TVs and decent games, you will make a quarter million a year easy.
Good luck.
If you are a usa citizen and living in the usa, you are not allowed to operate an online casino. The turnkey ones are not really owning a casino unless you actually see the back end of the program and take the majority of the money back to yourself.
If it is a revenue share program, BEWARE, most of these programs are a scam. There are very few reputable of these turnkey programs out there. If you are looking for reliable programs that will not rip you off, I would recommend you visit my site and visit some of the casinos.
Look to the bottom of the page and you will see the Affiliate or Webmasters button. Click on that and you will find the best programs out there.
