krazyladee asked: Any ideas? I like to play poker, but sometimes I’m up for blackjack or let it ride.
For real money, obviously.

Iknowsomestuff asked: So if i want to be smart about my first deposit to an online poker room, couldn’t I just pick a room with a 100% 1st deposit match bonus. Then deposit $500 and get $500 for a total of $1000 in my account. Then go and enter a $500, 6 person Sit N Go tournament. And then if I loose just withdraw my initial $500 and go to a different room with a 100% first deposit bonus and keep doing this until I win the Sit N Go????

forgivebutdonotforget911 asked: Why do people not realize that gambling online for cash is just throwing their money away? There is no way those sites can prevent an individual from using more than one computer or a group of people from showing each other cards.
Imagine one guy with six computers, six log ins sitting in one room in an online gambling site. Two people join the table. That one person knows the cards in the hands of six “players” and can play to win against the two who do not have that advantage.
Imagine six friends in the same room all logged into the same game. They can share information and as a group, beat the two outsiders all the time.
And then people wonder why the government banned online gambling.
IT IS A SUCKER’S BET!

rhodiumrules asked: Is it normal for a professor (in college) to be talking online to his students about non-school topics? You go to conferences together (for school) and he comes and drinks in the room with the students is this appropriate? You have seen him drunk several times, he has told you personal stories from his past, you go out to play poker (in a group) every week… is any of that wrong? Does it make a difference if he is married?
I know how this story ends… just going back and looking at it from the beginning. He is like that with all his research students though, not just me.
male teacher, female student if it matters. There were guys in our group though that would go out w/ us…

2boys2dogs2birds asked: When my whole family is here we all like to hear conversations at the online poker table, but in order for the player to talk, he needs to wear the headset. Tell me, if a headset is plugged in, is there any way for everyone else to hear without unplugging it constantly?
Secondly, is there any way for 2 people in the same room to play poker at the same table online? We have 2 headsets and 2 controllers.

mediocre_bassist asked: Experienced Poker Dealer Seeks Your Connections
Hello…I am an experienced poker dealer with no documentable experience. I have been dealing games out of state full time for the last 2 years. I am well aware of all the rules of all the games and am very quick and efficient and virtually error free. I don’t know how fast I deal with an automatic shuffler, but without it, I deal about 34 hands per hour in a typical ½ NL game. What I am looking for is somebody who knows somebody. If you have an “in” with a poker room or floor man in a major casino and can get me an audition which leads to a job, I will give you 20% of my first months pay. No loopholes or technicalities, 20% of tips and hourly wage from my first 31 days worked. I live in Las Vegas and can start immediately. I realize this is unorthodox, but with my lack of verifiable experience, submitting online applications or even going in and talking to the managers is almost a moot point.
